Meet Austen

Austen Anderson is a charismatic leader who inspires and empowers residential real estate teams to elevate their performance. His career exemplifies exceptional leadership in real

estate and customer service. Getting in the trenches with his team, he guides agents to top performance while upholding strong ethics and a client-first mentality.

For the past several years, he has championed sales enablement through training, technology, and transaction guidance at Engel & Völkers and Keller Williams. He has delivered hands-on programs to develop new agents while consistently boosting efficiency and agent retention office-wide. Notably, he brings his technical and compliance expertise to remove barriers so agents can focus on value-added, client-facing activities.

As a broker, Austen embodies the techniques and results he instills in his team. In 2022 and 2023 combined, he closed 37 transactions totaling $23M in real estate sales. Through unwavering client advocacy and support, he finds creative solutions to complex transaction challenges and fosters decision-making aligned with their best interests.

Prior to his real estate success, Austen led performance turnarounds at multiple Simply Mac

locations, earning repeated promotions for his dedication to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. He excels at removing barriers to enable teams to achieve lofty sales and service goals.

In addition to training others, Austen is invested in his own growth and professional development. He expanded his brokerage licensure to two states and recently earned his mortgage loan originator license, multiplying the value added to clients.

Austen recently moved to Coldwell Banker Bain, where he spearheads the new agent training program while continuing to help clients find and acquire optimal homes.
